1. NewsGeo, published by Alienlab LLC, is a Georgian-language news and media aggregator (news articles, live TV/radio, podcasts, YouTube creator videos, and utilities such as weather, currency, fuel prices, earthquakes, and horoscope).
2. Content and intellectual property: All content in the app — news articles, images, audio, and video — is the property of its respective rights holders and is displayed under agreement with, or authorization from, those rights holders, with attribution. Trademarks and logos belong to their owners. You may use content in the app for personal, non-commercial reading/viewing; you may not copy, redistribute, resell, or scrape it.
3. Accuracy: content comes from third parties and public providers; we don’t guarantee it’s accurate, complete, or current. Weather, currency, fuel prices and horoscope are informational, “as is.”
4. Acceptable use: don’t use the app to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or interfere with the service.
5. Disclaimers: the app is provided “as is” without warranties; to the maximum extent permitted by law we’re not liable for damages arising from use or reliance.
6. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
